HOW TO USE:

This is to be once or twice a week - Apply the scrub directly to your wet or damp butt, thighs, hips area and rub it in circular motion with your fingers, or use a washcloth or loofah. Leave on your skin for about 5 minutes and then rinse off with warm water.
