Shipping Costs

• Our nationwide flat shipping rate is ZAR 110.

Delivery Times

• Delivery takes 1–3 working days once order processing has been completed.

• Deliveries to outlying or regional areas may take up to 5 working days, depending on location.

• Please note we do not deliver on weekends. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

• Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your order.

• A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been packed and is ready to ship.

• You will also receive:

  • An SMS with your tracking number once your order has been packed.

  • A second SMS on the morning of your delivery.

Delivery Requirements

• Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at your nominated address during working hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm).

International Orders

• At this stage, we do not usually ship outside of South Africa.

• However, please send us a message on WhatsApp at +27 60 326 2835 and we will do our best to assist you.
