WHEN USING IT ALONE :

Take one tablespoon daily for 3 days a week ( Monday, Wednesday & Friday)

HOW TO USE:

’Put the bottle in warm water first before use’  Take one spoonful immediately after food (preferably morning or afternoon).

IF TOO STRONG FOR YOU :

Make a smoothie, 4 tablespoons of oats, half a cup of full cream milk, two bananas, one spoonful of peanut butter then two spoons of butt mix not one

STORAGE :

Stays in the fridge and use within 3 months from date of delivery.
